Missions: national and international congresses, workshops, courses, stages, etc.

Before each mission, PhD students must request the authorization of the Head of the PhD Program by sending  to the Secretariat of the Research Doctorate the form in Word format together with a written request by their tutor.

If PhD students intend to get reimbursed for their mission (either short or long), they also must fill in the mission form for the Department, and hand it in in the original version to the Secretariat.

In order to get the grant augmentation - where due -  PhD students have to sign it on the online procedure (https://fire.rettorato.unito.it/gestione_estensione_borse).
