Genomic surveillance of wildlife‐related pathogens from eDNA samples from La Mandria Natural
Park.

The main aims of this project which will be performed in two consecutive stages:

1. Detection of Fascioloides magna and its intermediate host Galba truncatula from water samples collected at La Mandria Natural Park.

2. Genomic surveillance of wildlife related pathogens at La Mandria regional Parke utilizing different sampling and molecular detection methods for early detection of pathogens from eDNA samples.
