Genomic surveillance of wildlife‐related pathogens from eDNA samples from La Mandria Natural
Park.

The main aims of this project which will be performed in two consecutive stages:

1. Identification and investigation of F. magna’s distribution and abundance from eDNA extractedfrom water and soil samples collected at inside and outside of LMNP by quantitative PCR (qPCR).

2. Meta-barcoded genomic surveillance from the same extracted eDNA from water and soil samplescollected at LMNP
